One-Eyed Cat Brewing is a nanobrewery located in the heart of Williamsville, NY, focused on serving high quality craft beer that we brew right on site. It is our goal to provide the community with a rotating variety of beer styles and a comfortable environment that will keep you coming back for more!
When you see a One-Eyed Cat on the street, you know he's a scrapper. He's been through the mill and has come out on the other end with a strong determination to survive. Other cats respect and fear him - hell, even a lot of dogs know better than to press their luck. The One-Eyed Cat has taken a beating and is still standing strong.
Buffalo has had it's trials and tribulations, it's scars and bruises, but still stands tall. It flaunts it's rough edges as badges of pride and perseverance; it has been checked into the boards, tackled into the end zone, pinned to the count of 9, but we have stood our ground. We have fought on. We have overcome.
